A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm representing employers is seeking a highly experienced Employment & Labor Attorney to join its Columbus, Ohio office as a Partner. Portable Book: Minimum $350K+ required
Role Overview
The firm is seeking a senior employment attorney with proven client relationships and strong technical command of labor and employment matters. The role involves:
• Handling administrative agency matters, demand letters, investigations, internal audits, and employment litigation
• Managing single-plaintiff cases with opportunities for class, collective, or multi-plaintiff work
• Counseling employers on compliance, workplace policies, wage & hour issues, investigations, and risk mitigation
• Developing litigation strategies, drafting and reviewing work product, and representing clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Supervising associates and contributing to firmwide thought leadership
• Collaborating with national practice groups and leveraging a deep bench of resources
Some regional travel may be required to meet clients or attend proceedings.

Compensation
Salary Range: $300K–$600K+ (commensurate with experience and portable business)
