POLYWOOD® is looking for a dependable Groundskeeper who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept campus. This role supports daily grounds upkeep and seasonal maintenance while helping ensure our outdoor spaces reflect the high standards we hold across our facility.

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for all grounds maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness for the campus, including parking lots, dust collectors, compactors, dock doors, and other exterior equipment.
- Pick up litter, empty outdoor trash receptacles, and keep outdoor employee break areas debris free.
- Power wash outdoor surfaces including entrances, sidewalks, and common exterior areas, as needed.
- Monitor outdoor areas (such as employee break areas) for debris, spills, and trip hazards and address issues promptly.
- Assist maintenance team with ground-related tasks (e.g. occasional mowing, snow preventative maintenance, etc)
- Help maintain organized storage of equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Assist with facility tour preparation by ensuring exterior areas and entrances are clean and welcoming.
- Report any equipment damage, safety concerns, or repair needs to management.

What You Bring:
- Experience operating groundskeeping and facility equipment (e.g., power sweeper, scrubber, pressure washer, plow truck, tractor, forklift, etc).
- Able to perform routine checks and basic maintenance on groundskeeping equipment (such as: leaf blower, lawn mower, etc).
- Comfortable with working and being outdoors in all seasons

Bonus Skills:
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing/walking for long periods.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation.
- Strong attention to detail with pride in keeping a clean, safe, and professional-looking campus.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable and willing to support maintenance projects and seasonal needs as required.
