Description
Position Purpose: The Information Technology (IT) Intern is a member of Bank of Clarke. This position will provide support to the IT department and Bank employees throughout the Bank network.
The internship position will have a weekly set schedule, with some flexibility based on the needs of the department as well as the intern.
What you’ll do:
· Technical writing to assist on documentation and end user training material
· Help desk monitor, will shadow current help desk techs
· Inventory control
· Basic desktop computer troubleshooting and equipment swap
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Where you’ll shine:
- Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems major
- Familiar with Java, .NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Professional and confidential
- Communicating with various levels and business lines of an organization
- Gaining hands-on experience in an IT position
- Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals
- Collaboration, working independently, problem solving, and more
