We are looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to support our continued growth by driving qualified leads into the pipeline and partnering closely with our Business Development Executives

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will play a key role in the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities. This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, nurturing early-stage conversations, and booking meetings for the Business Development team. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on defined criteria (facility type, volume, pain points, buying authority, etc.).
- Maintain a steady cadence of activity to support top-of-funnel growth.
- Research prospects to build targeted lists and personalized outreach sequences.
Opportunity Qualification & Handoff
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and move them through initial qualification steps.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and current imaging workflows to determine fit for 3DR services.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Business Development Executives.
- Ensure clean, accurate notes and opportunity details are entered into the CRM for seamless handoff.
Collaboration & Pipeline Support
- Work closely with Business Development Executives to align on territory focus, target accounts, and outreach strategy.
- Provide regular updates on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
- Support campaign execution in partnership with Marketing, including targeted outreach, event follow-ups, and list-building.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute ideas to optimize lead flow and outreach effectiveness.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
- Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversions) and report on performance.
- Monitor and refine lead qualification criteria as the sales organization evolves.
Required:
- 1–3 years of inside sales, sales development, or outbound prospecting experience (healthcare or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently hit activity and meeting targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred:
- Healthcare or radiology experience.
- Experience coordinating with outside sales or enterprise sales teams.
- Familiarity with outbound automation tools (LinkedIn HubSpot, etc.).
