Job Summary: 

 The Barista has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service.  

   Key Responsibilities: 

• Make and serve specialty coffee beverages.
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for beverage items
• Contribute to a positive work environment

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• 1+ years in the customer service industry
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Detail oriented and passionate about product quality
• Reliable transportation
• Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
• Fluent in the English Language. Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift
• Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication
• Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
