Omni-Serv partners with the passenger airlines industry and carrier services to perform various aviation roles. Omni-Serv is in search of a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. We are in search of a candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, is a team player, and has a positive and “can do” attitude. 


Scope of Work:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely deliveries, and efficient workflow. This role serves as a key point of communication between warehouse staff, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain smooth and organized logistics operations. They will enforce company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.


Compensation: $26.00 per hour (based on experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k


Shift: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends based on operational needs


  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, labels, and related paperwork
  • Schedule pick-ups and deliveries with drivers and vendors
  • Track shipments and update internal teams on delivery timelines
  • Support route planning and coordinate with drivers for efficient scheduling
  • Serve as a point of contact for warehouse inquiries
  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and customer service to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Regularly interact with clients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with higher management to address any operational issues and concerns
Requirements

  

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations, logistics or a related field a plus 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Familiar with distribution, Inventory Management, shipping and logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be able to deliver results under tight deadlines and work efficiently when faced with time constraints
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
  • Be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures as required by warehouse conditions
