Description
The head Grill Cook (18 & Up) is responsible for monitoring and managing the kitchen staff. We are looking for someone who is experienced in cooking on a flat top grill and fryer. Able to clean fryers and other kitchen appliances. Cleanliness is our top priority at Richman's.
Other responsibilities would include:
- direct food handling
- managing food temperatures
- inventory stock
- following health and safety guidelines
- handling kitchen related concerns.
We are looking for someone who will communicate with the front of the house management. If you are able to work in a fast paced environment, while being able to lead and direct by example.
