Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently throughout service.
- Clean, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen and service items including plates, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness in dish area and assist with general kitchen organization.
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown tasks.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Support kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary workspace.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18–$20, commensurate with experience.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to heat, water, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to safely operate dishwashing machines and handle breakable items.
