Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.


Assist in Overseeing Production:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes)

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Report any discrepancies

Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening

excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Other duties as assigned


Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday, Working Friday is possible, but normally Friday and Saturday off.

Sunday start time 7am until work is finished. Typically out by 4-5pm, maybe later.

Monday-Thursday 8am start time until work is finished, typically out by 5-6pm.

IF Friday is worked-8am till 5-6pm

Saturday: Closed



Schedule:

Sunday to Friday

5 days 50% of the time

6 days 50% of the time


Pay rate:

$21.00

Requirements

Must undergo a background check

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must possess basic reading and math skills

Must have an eye for detail

Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. consistently

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl

Must perform other duties as assigned
