The Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Denials Resolution Specialist to support the Revenue Cycle team by identifying, researching, and resolving complex reimbursement issues. This role plays a key part in ensuring revenue accuracy through analytical review, collaboration with internal teams, and communication with external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across systems and departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and unresolved accounts
- Analyze trends to identify root causes impacting reimbursement accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to correct system or workflow issues
- Communicate with external entities to obtain clarification or resolution
- Review data and documentation to support accurate financial reporting
- Assist with special projects and cross-team initiatives as needed
- Maintain compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of Denials background in the medical field
