ABOUT TATANGO
Tatango is an emerging, AI-driven philanthropic technology company building the next generation of giving, engagement, and fundraising solutions. As we acquire complementary businesses—including a multi-national operation—we are entering a period of high-velocity integration, system modernization, and financial scaling. We are looking for a hands-on Controller who can help build, streamline, and operationalize the finance infrastructure that will support our rapid growth.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Controller will serve as the financial backbone of the organization—overseeing accounting operations, and partnering closely with the CFO to ensure accuracy of financial reporting, establish strong processes, controls, and systems across our U.S. and international entities. This role is both strategic and tactical: the ideal candidate is a builder who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a start-up environment while helping us create a world-class finance foundation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys ownership, and is eager to help scale a newly formed, multi-entity organization.
