Burnett Medical Center is currently looking for a part-time Patient Account Representative to work with our nursing home billing.  

SHIFT & HOURS:  Days, 40 hours per pay period (0.5 FTE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Work with our nursing home residents and family members as needed.  Handle all the billing to insurance carriers for residents.  

QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate.

Knowledge of billing regulations that pertain to Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payors such as HMO’s, PPO’s, etc.

Prefer minimum of 1-2 years of previous claims/billing experience.

Experience with Point Click Care and Epic preferred.

Excellent customer services skills, attention to detail, and a strong team player.
