We’re hiring a Project Manager to run day-to-day operations of a busy aviation repair and maintenance shop in Farmingdale, NY.

No aviation experience required. We’re looking for someone with strong project management and operational leadership experience—industry background does not matter.

What you’ll do
• Manage workflows, schedules, and shop priorities
• Coordinate technicians, vendors, and internal resources
• Keep projects on track: on time, on budget, and done right
• Improve systems, processes, and accountability
• Act as the operational lead for the facility

• Proven project management experience (construction, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, facilities, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-oriented
