Registered Nurse – Day Shift (Rotating Days)  Safety Sensitive Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

- Monitor patient conditions, assess needs, and document care activities accurately

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies

- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively

- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns as necessary

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a rotating day shift schedule

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team  

- BLS Required
