Position Summary

The Revenue Team Member provides excellent guest service while supporting daily operations across food service and retail locations. This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, operating point-of-sale systems, and assisting guests with retail purchases. Team Members ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering efficient service and promoting a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Essential Functions

  • Provide friendly, efficient service to guests at food, beverage, and retail locations
  • Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Stock, rotate, and replenish food, beverage, and retail inventory as needed
  • Handle transactions in accordance with cashless transaction procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, retail spaces, storage, and workstations
  • Maintain communication with management to inform them of potential situations that may influence the park in general.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced conditions at times.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems for food, beverage, and retail transactions accurately
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
  • Comply with all safety, security, and operational procedures

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must have excellent verbal skills.
  • Self – driven with strong people skills.
  • Shifts vary day and evening.
  • Available any day of week, specifically weekends
  • Must be able to work during the holiday seasons.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting upper body for long periods of time.

  • Continuous requirement for professional demeanor and appropriate park staff attire.

Salary Description
$13.00
