The Manager, Education Institutes and Outreach manages the schedule, communication, registration, logistics, and execution of NECA’s education institutes and assists with education outreach activities, including specialty content curation and delivery. This role acts cooperatively with other team members, individuals across NECA’s staff, and outside individuals and groups to deliver and enhance NECA’s educational offerings.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· 2-5 years of experience managing educational programs in a member-service environment
· Demonstrated ability as an exceptional strategist, collaborator, and passionate about the development and planning of educational programming.
· Ability to independently develop and manage processes and exceptional organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and writing skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines while demonstrating professionalism under pressure.
· Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle concurrent projects.
· Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Travel to classes and events will be required. Approximately 20%.
· General office work environment.
DUTIES:
· Manages NECA’s educational institutes, including marketing, registration, pre-program coordination, program execution, and follow-up
· Assists with outreach initiatives to members and chapters, including communications regarding NECA’s programs, development and execution of participation initiatives, and providing “white glove” support to members and chapters
· Assists with the development of content curation and plans for NECA Members and Chapters
· Develops reports on usage metrics as needed
· Assisting with the planning and execution of educational activities for NECA’s Annual Convention and other meetings, including post-program follow-up and reconciliation
· Assists with the execution and dissemination of Industry Innovation resources and initiatives
· Performs other general administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
