Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and fixtures

- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, restrooms, and workspaces

- Support the inspection and reporting of maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel

- Help with setup and breakdown for company events or meetings

- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field preferred

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
