Mustang Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses (ICU RNs) for a 13-week travel assignment at a high-acuity acute-care facility in Tyler, Texas. This position offers a competitive compensation package, shift flexibility, and performance bonuses.

• Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• EMR: Epic

Compensation Package:

• Total Weekly Pay: $1,984.00
• Weekly Travel Stipend: $1,246.00
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $738.00
• Regular Hourly Rate: $20.50
• Overtime Rate: $30.75
• Initial Week Bonus: $250
• Final Week Bonus: $250
   

• Active RN license (TX or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Willingness to float within scope may be needed
• On-call as required by unit
• First-time travelers welcome
• All time-off requests must be submitted with application
