Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and outreach efforts

- Qualify potential customers to ensure alignment with company services and solutions

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs

- Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities


Skills and Qualifications

- High level of integrity, curiosity, and a growth mindset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote environment

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, preferred

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferred

Salary Description
Starting base of $55,000 plus commission!
