LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES - Generations Applewood – Matteson, Illinois


Generations at Applewood is growing!. We currently have openings:


  • DAY SHIFT (7A-3P)  FULL TIME OR EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY
  • EVENINGS (3P-11P) FULL OR PART-TIME
  • OVERNIGHTS (11P-7A) PART TIME OR EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY
$33-$37 PER HOUR Depending on Benefits Selected
$2/hour Shift Differentials for Evenings and NOC
$2/hr bonus when assigned to work Complex Care/Respiratory Unit

Generations at Applewood was recently remodeled and features a 30-bed short-term rehab-to-home unit as well as longer-term care units. The Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse are Consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois




Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse:


  • Current LPN license from the State of Illinois
  • Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS!
  • Previous experience in a Short or Long-Term Care facility or LTACH preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
