Description
We’re looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team! If you enjoy working with large machinery, thrive in a dynamic environment, and value safety and team work, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate off-road haul trucks and other heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, etc.)
- Perform daily pre- and post- shift equipment inspections
- Assist with minor maintenance and report issues to supervisors
- Prepare sites for excavation, construction, or demolition tasks
- Follow all OSHA/ MSHA safety policies and procedures
- Travel to different plant sites as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years operating heavy equipment (or equivalent experience)
- Valid drivers license
- Strong teamwork and safety awareness
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel when required
