Description

Smiley Tooth Pediatric Dental is a fun, fast-paced pediatric dental practice looking to expand our team! We are seeking a Patient Coordinator who enjoys working with families and can manage a variety of scheduling, financial, and administrative responsibilities in a cheerful, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have some dental knowledge and the ability to quickly learn our dental software, assist with treatment planning, and coordinate appointments with parents. Our growing practice includes two locations and four doctors, offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace.

Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet patients and families warmly and serve as the primary point of contact 
  • Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage daily patient flow 
  • Coordinate treatment plans, insurance verification, and financial arrangements 
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation 
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially working with children and families 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, family-focused environment 
  • Positive attitude with a patient-centered mindset

Salary Description
