Plumbing Sales Representative
Description

Tonna Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Sales Representative with plumbing experience to support and grow our residential water business. This role is focused on converting inbound leads, technician-generated opportunities, and internal referrals. The ideal candidate brings technical plumbing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the discipline to execute a proven sales process while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations

  • Carry an individual sales goal and consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Execute Tonna’s established sales process from initial consultation through close and post-sale follow-up
  • Take full ownership of the client experience, ensuring professionalism, trust, and clear communication throughout the sales journey
  • Complete all required product, technical, and sales training to maintain a high level of water solution expertise
  • Efficiently convert inbound opportunities while meeting or exceeding minimum revenue-per-lead performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow-up, and pipeline visibility within the CRM
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Plumbing experience (field, estimating, or technical sales background required)
  • Proven success in consultative, relationship-based sales
  • Ability to confidently educate homeowners on technical solutions in a clear, non-pressured manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and active opportunities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
