Technology & Clinical Systems
- Dentrix practice management software

Sterilization, OSHA, & Infection Control
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness according to OSHA and CDC standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations for safety and infection control.
- Participate in maintaining instruments, equipment, and proper documentation.
- Ensure that all hygiene protocols and sterilization procedures are followed daily.
Scheduling & Flow Management
- Maintain an efficient schedule and stay on time to support patient flow.
- Pre-appoint patients for future visits as needed.
- Communicate proactively with the front office and clinical team regarding patient needs or schedule adjustments.
Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Prior dental hygiene experience not required; new graduates welcome.
- Compliance with state licensure requirements.
- Local anesthesia certification recommended where applicable but not mandatory.
