Description
We’re seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support student recruitment, enrollment, and front office operations. This role is key in creating a positive experience for students, families, and the community while ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative support.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students, families, and visitors
- Support student recruitment, outreach, and enrollment efforts
- Build relationships with local schools and community organizations
- Participate in community events to promote the school and drive enrollment
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families
- Manage office operations, records, and filing systems
- Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential student information
- Support office procedures, supplies, and general administrative needs
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using technology and office systems
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Experience in a school or education setting preferred (not required)
