Description

We’re seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support student recruitment, enrollment, and front office operations. This role is key in creating a positive experience for students, families, and the community while ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative support.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, families, and visitors
  • Support student recruitment, outreach, and enrollment efforts
  • Build relationships with local schools and community organizations
  • Participate in community events to promote the school and drive enrollment
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families
  • Manage office operations, records, and filing systems
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential student information
  • Support office procedures, supplies, and general administrative needs

 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively 
  • Comfortable using technology and office systems 
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
  • Experience in a school or education setting preferred (not required)
