Job Title: Licensed Psychotherapist
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time Employee (Exempt) or W-2 Part-Time Employee (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling, typically within the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Location: This is a remote role with Colorado licensure required
Role Summary
The Colorado Center is a premier psychotherapy practice serving Denver and Greenwood Village since 2010. We are seeking a gifted, self-motivated, fluent Spanish-speaking (level 4+) licensed psychotherapist to join our collaborative and well-established practice in a part-time or full-time capacity. This role is remote-eligible for PsyPact-credentialed (with current APIT #, and operating from a home state) psychologist, other licensed clinicians who are willing to become licensed by endorsement in Colorado if practicing from another state, or Colorado-based clinicians. Licensed Psychotherapist Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and/or therapeutic assessment
- Actively seek patient feedback regarding psychotherapy and alliance
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Full Time: Maintain a minimum, active caseload of 18 clinical hours per week; total of 40 hours per week
- Part Time: Maintain a minimum, active caseload of 10 clinical hours per week; total of 16-20 hours per week
- Collaborate with colleagues through clinical consultation, supervision, and staff meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies
Compensation & Benefits
- Part-Time Compensation:
- Base salary: $32,500 + productivity bonus structure (estimated annual earning potential between $48,500-122,000 depending on productivity)
- Full-Time Compensation:
- Base salary: $66,500 + productivity bonus structure (estimated annual earning potential between $87,000-188,000 depending on productivity)

Licensed Psychotherapist Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted full license as a Psychologist (PsyD, PhD, EdD), LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT in Colorado or PsyPact Credentialed (with current APIT#) and operating from a home state
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from a fully-accredited, in-person program
- Bilingual Spanish speaking provider required as based on client need (level 4+ proficiency required)
- Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience, 3+ years of experience preferred
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with people who have experienced trauma or significant injury
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
