Heartline Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Inpatient Orthopedics unit providing care to patients recovering from orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple shifts in a fast-paced, team-oriented inpatient environment.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering individualized patient care through comprehensive assessments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation. Nurses administer treatments and medications, monitor patient progress, and apply critical thinking and delegation skills to support safe mobility, recovery, and optimal outcomes using electronic medical record systems.

Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Day, evening, or night schedules

Every-other-weekend requirement

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $30.47 to $45.71 based on experience.

Sign-on bonus available up to $30,000 for experienced RNs or up to $20,000 for other qualified RN candidates.

Education:

- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or approved nursing program eligible for Virginia licensure

Licensure and Certification:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure

- CPR certification required

- Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required

Other Qualifications:

- Computer proficiency required for electronic medical record documentation

- Successful completion of orientation and competency requirements

- Ability to meet essential job functions
