Heartline Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neuro, Surgical, and Trauma inpatient unit providing care to patients with complex neurological, surgical, and trauma-related conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple specialties while delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering individualized patient care through comprehensive assessments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation. Nurses apply critical thinking, delegation, and clinical judgment to administer treatments and medications, monitor patient status, and support optimal outcomes using electronic medical record systems.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts
Day, evening, or night schedules
Every-other-weekend requirement
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $30.47 to $45.71 based on experience.
Sign-on bonus available up to $30,000 for experienced RNs or up to $20,000 for other qualified RN candidates.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or approved nursing program eligible for Virginia licensure
Licensure and Certification:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure
- AHA BLS-HCP certification required
- Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required by the assigned unit
Other Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency required for electronic medical record documentation (EPIC)
- Successful completion of orientation and competency requirements
- Ability to meet essential job functions
