Trattoria Stella is looking for a thoughtful, professional, and highly organized Concierge/Host to join our front-of-house team.
This role is about much more than greeting guests at the door. The right person will help manage reservations, communicate special accommodations and requests, and serve as an important bridge between our guests, our management team, and the dining room. On busier evenings, this position will also assist the manager through dinner service to help maintain a smooth and gracious guest experience.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, confident on the computer, attentive to detail, and naturally hospitable. Professional dress and presentation are required.
This is a part-time hourly position, approximately 20–30 hours per week, for someone who understands that hospitality starts with anticipation, clarity, and genuine care.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing reservations and guest communications
- Handling special requests and accommodations with care and accuracy
- Greeting and guiding guests with warmth and professionalism
- Supporting management during dinner service when business warrants
- Helping maintain order, flow, and clear communication at the front door and beyond
