About the Role: 

Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for hospitality? DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. 

In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and secure guest experience during the night shift while performing essential end-of-day financial audits and reports. You’ll be the go-to person for late-night arrivals, early departures, and any guest needs that arise after hours. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and transactions. 
• Reconcile and balance daily financial activity and prepare reports for management. 
• Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries. 
• Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours. 
• Resolve guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and care. 
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area. 
• Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures. 

Work Environment: 

• Quiet, overnight hotel lobby setting with minimal supervision. 
• Independent, guest-focused, and detail-oriented work environment. 
• Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with guests.

 What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours. 
• Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Excel. 
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
