Description
- Serve as the on-site leader for respective Pacific-region CIF operation, acting as the senior authority for daily warehouse activities.
- Direct and supervise all warehouse personnel at the assigned location, ensuring mission-aligned performance and accountability.
- Oversee receiving, storage, issue, reconstitution, tailoring/sewing coordination, inventory, and shipping of Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE) and related assets.
- Ensure strict compliance with PWS requirements, security protocols, safety standards, and government property accountability rules.
- Coordinate daily workflow to meet customer demand, surge requirements, and unit timelines.
- Maintain operational readiness through disciplined processes, accurate documentation, and audit-ready inventory practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the site and the Project Manager for all operational matters.
- Monitor productivity, throughput, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce warehouse layout plans, traffic flow, and storage configurations to ensure efficient use of space and safe material handling.
- Lead training and development of warehouse staff, ensuring consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
- Foster a professional, customer-focused environment supporting military and government personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics supervision, or inventory management.
- Prior experience in a DoD, federal, or defense-related warehouse environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams in operational settings.
- Experience managing high-value or sensitive inventory is highly desirable.

Security Requirement
- Public Trust clearance is required.
- Candidates must be eligible to maintain clearance throughout employment.
