Compensation:
- $22.00 to $26.00 Per Flat Rate Hour (experience-based)
- PotentialQuarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!
Work Schedule:
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays (Revolving)

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Conduct basic inspections and identify vehicle service needs
- Replace worn or defective parts such as brake pads, filters, and belts
- Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure work area is clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
- ASE certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
