To support a growing population of patients with metabolic disease and liver conditions, we are seeking a remote Diabetes Educator / Registered Dietitian with experience managing diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and liver steatosis through lifestyle-based care.
You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality education that supports long-term patient outcomes. Physician consultation is available for any questions beyond your scope or training.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable Diabetes Educator / Registered Dietitian to provide remote patient education and lifestyle counseling in a modern, team-based clinical setting. You will play a key role in improving metabolic health, supporting early disease detection, and reinforcing physician-led treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote diabetes and lifestyle education visits
- Counsel patients on nutrition, weight management, and metabolic health
- Support patients with liver steatosis and fibrosis using evidence-based lifestyle strategies
- Reinforce physician-directed care plans
- Document patient interactions clearly and efficiently
- Coordinate with the physician for questions or escalation of care
Requirements / Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and/or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
- Experience treating patients with diabetes and metabolic disease
- Experience or strong interest in liver steatosis and fibrosis management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a clinical team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$30.00-$70.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
