Kids Empire is one of the fastest-growing indoor playground brands in the US, with 100+ parks and rapid expansion underway. As we scale nationally and internationally, the ability to make fast, accurate, data-driven decisions is becoming essential. We are rebuilding our data foundations to support new operational use cases, more advanced analytics, and stronger alignment with Hadrena, our parent group.
To support this effort, we’re hiring an Analytics Engineer who will help shape a modern, reliable data ecosystem and empower all teams to work more effectively with data.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Analytics Engineer at Kids Empire, you will focus on analytics modeling, dashboard development, and data reliability, collaborating with Tech, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. You will work closely with our tech team and data engineers as we modernize Gravity, our core operational system, and migrate toward a cleaner, scalable data platform.
Beyond building dashboards, you’ll help design the underlying data models and pipelines that support decision-making across 150+ parks and future international markets. You will also ensure Kids Empire’s analytics layer stays aligned with Hadrena’s group-wide reporting structure and shared KPI standards.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to have a direct impact, own meaningful projects end-to-end, and grow within a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build Analytics That Power Business Decisions
o Develop dashboards and reports that help teams understand performance (revenue, customer behavior, park operations, etc.)
o Translate business questions into clear, actionable analytics

o Implement documentation, testing, and versioning best practices

· Support the Major Rebuild of Kids Empire’s Data Foundations
o Work alongside the tech team and data engineers on the redesign of our operational schema
o Provide analytics-driven input to ensure reporting and insights are treated as first-class priorities in the new data structure
o Validate that data outputs remain consistent during dual-write and cutover phases, and update the reporting layer to use the new schema
o Ensure Kids Empire’s new architecture remains compatible with Hadrena’s long-term data strategy
· Collaboration with Business Teams
o Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HQ leadership to understand their data needs
o Design efficient datasets that empower non-technical users
