Warehouse Transformation & Operational Excellence

Location: King of Prussia, PA | Full-Time | Onsite

Future Director of Operations Track

Build the Future of Our Operations

ConnectUs is looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead the transformation of our warehouse and operational infrastructure.

This is not a traditional warehouse management role.

We are seeking a hands-on operational leader who thrives on fixing broken processes, implementing technology, eliminating inefficiencies, and building scalable systems.

Our warehouse operation has significant opportunities for improvement. We need someone who can assess the current state, identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, introduce technology, and create a high-performing operation capable of supporting future growth.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build something meaningful, create lasting impact, and grow into a Director of Operations leadership position.

If your greatest professional accomplishments involve process improvements, technology implementations, operational turnarounds, automation, Lean initiatives, or building scalable infrastructure, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Own

  • Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Standardize operational processes and work instructions
  • Identify and eliminate waste throughout warehouse operations

  • Improve inventory management processes and system utilization

  • Support ERP, WMS, and workflow automation initiatives
  • Create reporting dashboards and operational visibility tools
  • Drive adoption of new systems and technologies across the operation

Ideal candidates have experience utilizing and implementation with:

You will use data to drive decisions and prioritize improvement opportunities.

Key metrics may include:

  • Labor Productivity
  • Cost Per Order
  • Order Cycle Time
  • SLA Performance

  • Backlog Management

You should be comfortable identifying trends, diagnosing problems, and translating operational data into action plans.

Leadership & Change Management

Transforming operations requires transforming behaviors.

You will:

  • Lead warehouse teams through process and technology changes
  • Build trust and credibility with frontline employees
  • Create accountability and performance standards
  • Train teams on new processes and systems
  • Drive adoption of operational improvements
  • Foster a culture focused on ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
