We are seeking a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level automotive technician role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. The Quick Lube Technician performs basic vehicle maintenance services while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Perform oil and filter changes
   
• Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
   
• Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, power steering, washer fluid)
   
• Rotate tires and perform basic multi-point inspections
   
• Identify and communicate recommended maintenance services
   
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
   
• Follow all dealership, OSHA, and California safety standards
   
• Accurately document work performed using dealership systems
   
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
   
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
   
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record
   
•  Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with the role, including handling heavy equipment or materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
   
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
   
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
