Job Summary:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines. Support a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence by guiding the professional growth of individual engineers.
Essential Functions
· Engineering Leadership & Supervision
Oversees engineering team performance, provides leadership and motivation, including remote team coordination and evaluations.
· Project & Process Management
Leads project planning, execution, and Phase Gate management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
· Product Development & Validation
Manages test systems, experimental design, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration
Coordinates with internal teams and customers to align project scope and support multi-site efforts.
· Accountability & Values Alignment
Completes ad hoc assignments while adhering to managerial expectations, company mission, and core values
Education:
Minimum Requirement - Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years relevant experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. The role also involves climbing stairs multiple times per day and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
