Description
MUST DO
- Assist with the care of Rocker W. Ranch and the repair and maintenance of farm equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of farm equipment.
- Performs tasks associated with farming and land management.
- Regular inspection and repair of fencing around the property.
- Assist with mowing and some animal husbandry.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or manipulate heavy objects of 50+lbs.
- Ability to drive a tractor and use hand and power tools applicable to trade, such as ATVs, chainsaws, log splitters, mowers, weed eaters, skid steer, and other small equipment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working alone and completing tasks with little supervision.
- Ability to solve problems and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Uphold a stewardship mindset with the time and resources you have.

WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week
- Some evenings and weekends as needed
