Work at one of the Top 100 golf courses in the nation, surrounded by the stunning Adirondack Mountains. Glens Falls Country Club is seeking part-time golf course maintenance team members who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a top-tier golf operation. This role is ideal for candidates who value flexible scheduling and hands-on outdoor work.

Schedule

• Weekdays: Start at 6:00 AM; work 4–8 hours (your choice)

• Weekends: One day required, typically 5:30–9:30 AM

• 1–5 days per week based on your availability

• Build your own weekday schedule (Mon–Fri)

What You’ll Do

No two days are the same! Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Raking bunkers

• Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough

• Daily course setup

• Sod projects

• String trimming

• Backpack and buffalo blowing

• Operating walk-behind and ride-on equipment

• General golf course and grounds maintenance

• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Experience & Qualifications

• No experience needed — training provided

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Enjoy working outdoors

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn basic equipment operation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs

• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as raking, trimming, and mowing

• Ability to safely operate equipment
