Summary
Are you detail-driven, organized, and comfortable juggling mortgage loan documents, payoffs, and compliance? We’re looking for a Residential Loan Servicer to play a key role in ensuring our loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant from closing through payoff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and keeping the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly for borrowers and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Review closed residential mortgage loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Track and obtain missing documentation from borrowers, branches, attorneys, and vendors
- Reviews and updates automatic loan payments (ACH, payroll, transfers)
- Prepare loan payoff calculations, disburse funds, and process note cancellations
- Manage mortgage discharges, PMI administration, escrow analysis, and insurance tracking
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and vendor invoices
- Scan, index, and organize loan files in imaging systems
- Assist members and internal teams with servicing questions, corrections, and reversals
- Support audits, reporting, and ongoing compliance updates
- Cross-train and assist with consumer loan servicing as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Solid knowledge of loan servicing procedures and banking regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication with members and third-party vendors
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfort working with loan systems, imaging platforms, and spreadsheets
- Basic understanding of General Ledger account reconciliation
Preferred Experience & Education
- 2+ years in loan servicing, lending, banking, or loan processing
- Mortgage servicing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent mortgage lending experience
- Familiarity with consumer and commercial loan products is a plus

The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.50 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
