This paid summer internship is a hands-on opportunity for college students to gain real work experience, develop customer service skills, learn about building materials and operations, and build professional connections, all while enjoying the Charleston sunshine.

About the Internship
As an intern, you’ll work alongside our experienced yard and operations team. You’ll gain exposure to:
• Material handling and yard operations
• Customer service and professional communication
• Building materials, products, and industry basics
• Workplace safety and teamwork
• Daily networking with contractors, builders, and teammates
Some interns may also have the opportunity to become forklift certified during the summer.
Paid weekly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials on the yard
• Support customers and drivers with a positive, service-minded attitude
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates
• Communicate clearly and pay attention to details
• Learn from experienced team members across the yard and warehouse

Physical & Work Environment
• Outdoor yard and warehouse environment
• Manual loading and unloading (~ 50+ lbs.)

• Must already have plans to reside in Charleston, SC during the summer (family home, college living, etc.)
