As a Service Clerk, you’ll help create a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, supporting front-end operations, and maintaining a clean and organized grocery store environment.

What You’ll Do

• Bag groceries quickly and carefully to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with carry-outs and loading purchases when needed
• Retrieve shopping carts and maintain organized cart areas
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and front-end areas
• Stock and restock front-end supplies and grocery bags
• Support cashiers and front-end operations during busy periods
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with customer questions
• Follow company safety procedures and store policies
• Support sales promotions and customer service initiatives
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment

• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

• Fast-paced grocery store environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and outdoor areas
• Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout shifts
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
