The Impact You’ll Make

As a member of our team, you aren't just "providing support"—you are a mentor and a partner in independence. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Community Engagement: Leading and participating in fun, planned activities that get our individuals out into the world.
• Skill Building: Teaching and coaching individuals to improve their knowledge, practical life skills, and personal abilities.
• Holistic Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, medication administration, and specialized dietary meal prep with dignity and respect.
• Creating a Home: Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment through light housekeeping and organized upkeep.
• Safety & Advocacy: Maintaining a watchful eye on safety while championing the rights and goals of those we serve.

What Success Looks Like (Responsibilities)

To ensure the best care, you will handle the following with high attention to detail:

• Accurate Documentation: Timely logging of medications, goal progress, and support interactions.
• Goal Advocacy: Directly supporting individuals in achieving their specific personal and behavioral goals.
• Environmental Pride: Keeping living and common areas clean, organized, and comfortable.
