Description

The Westminster Bookstore is looking to hire a detail and process-oriented person who is passionate about the role of books in the life and health of the church and family. The Bookstore Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Associate Director of Operations and oversee the accounts payable process for the bookstore.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Assisting with the accounts payable process by accurately submitting invoices and parsing out invoice details
  • Making sure inventory order costs are entered accurately and efficiently
  • Reviewing vendor statements and communicating with vendors about invoices
  • Tracking the progress of incoming inventory orders and following up with Vendors as needed
  • Attend bookstore team meetings (Remotely through zoom)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Westminster Bookstore’s resources
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service to others

  • This is a remote, part-time position, 10-15 hrs/wk
  • Tech-savvy. We rely heavily on software to get our work done. You don’t need to know how to code, but you need to know your way around a computer and be able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Must have a fast, reliable computer that can be used for work. Mac preferred.
  • Position available immediately
