Barton Associates is seeking a Senior Level Electrical Engineer based in our Raleigh Office
- Innovative Design: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects, including commercial, institutional, and residential. Utilize your extensive experience to create cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Advanced knowledge of other industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging engineering problems.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
