Penn Power Systems Service Technician Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Technician Manager to lead our service team and ensure the highest standards of maintenance, repair, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Penn Power Systems service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks
- Coordinate and prioritize service schedules to meet customer needs and company standards
- Supervise and mentor technicians to enhance their technical skills and professional development
- Diagnose complex generator issues and provide technical guidance to team members
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Manage and coordinate the use of equipment and tools necessary for service operations
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
- Liaise with customers to provide technical support, updates, and ensure satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in generator maintenance, repair, or related technical fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to generators
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Effective communication and customer service skills
