From the warehouse shelf to the customer’s door, you’ll keep orders moving.

D&L Parts Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver. If you like staying active, working with a crew, and getting out on the road, this job gives you a mix of all three. You might start the day unloading a shipment and end it handing a service tech the part they need to finish a repair.

What you’ll do

• Receive and check shipments, pick and pack orders, and stage them for pickup, shipping, or delivery.
• Help count inventory and keep the warehouse organized.
• Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Deliver appliance and HVAC parts to local customers and make supplier pickups as needed.
• Inspect your delivery vehicle before and after trips, keep delivery logs, and report maintenance needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a motor vehicle record check, background check, and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and good communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours as business needs require.

Preferred: At least one year of warehouse or delivery experience. Familiarity with local routes or experience in wholesale distribution or appliance parts is a plus.
