We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented Certified Personal Trainer to join our thriving 55+ active adult community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping older adults stay strong, active, and independent through safe and effective fitness programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized training programs tailored to the needs of active adults 55+
• Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven personal training sessions
• Facilitate small group training and/or group fitness classes
• Provide modifications and progressions appropriate for varying fitness levels
• Foster a positive, motivating, and supportive community environment
• Collaborate with team members to enhance wellness programming

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (required)
• Current CPR/AED certification (required)
• Experience teaching small group training and/or group fitness classes (preferred)
• Experience working with seniors or active older adults (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
