The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food according to recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring timely service. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about food and teamwork.

Requirements
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
  • Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Follow portion control and minimize food waste
  • Assist with inventory management and notify management of shortages
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
  • Comply with all health department regulations
  • Preferred 2 or more years experience as line cook
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
