Part-Time


Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday,  Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Join The Kennedy Collective, a mission-driven nonprofit serving people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As a Janitorial Crew Lead, you’ll supervise a small work crew, ensure contract standards are met, and provide hands-on training to individuals preparing for competitive employment.

This is a working lead position. You’ll supervise and perform cleaning duties alongside your team.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise janitorial workers at assigned sites
  • Ensure all contract specifications and quality standards are met
  • Perform hands-on cleaning including sweeping, mopping, buffing, carpet care, and floor work
  • Train and coach individuals served in maintenance skills
  • Complete required documentation and site reports
  • Travel to assigned locations as needed



Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience supervising work crews or working in janitorial/maintenance preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate commercial cleaning equipment
